Het Centrum voor Arbitrage inzake Seksueel misbruik is bestemd voor slachtoffers van seksueel misbruik door een priester van een Belgisch bisdom of een lid van een kloosterorde of religieuze congregatie gevestigd in België.
De slachtoffers waren op het ogenblik van de feiten minderjarig en de feiten zijn intussen verjaard.

Het centrum is operationeel sinds 15 maart 2012 en de aanvragen moeten vóór 1 oktober 2012 worden ingediend.
